How we collect information about you

When you contact us using our web contact form, we collect First Name, Last Name, age, email address, telephone number, information about your sporting ability, height and weight, size for garment and boots, We also collect any other information you provide to us when you complete the contact form including any optional information. If you do not provide the mandatory information required by our contact form, you may not be able to submit the contact form and If you do not supply the optional information required by our contact form, we may not be able to return your enquiry with the an optimal service. Hard Copy Rental Service Form
When you fill our paper rental service form we collect First Name, Last Name, email address, age, telephone number, information about your sporting ability, height and weight, size for garment and boots. If you do not provide the information required, we may not be able to offer you an optimal service.
When you send an email to the email address displayed on our website we collect your email address and any other information you provide in that email such as your name, telephone number and the information contained in any signature block in your email.
Transfer and storage of your information
We use a third party email provider to store emails you send us. Our third party email provider is located in the EEA and Emails you send us will be stored within the European Economic Area on our third party servers

When you contact us by phone, we may collect your phone number and any information provide to us during your conversation with us. We do not record phone calls.

If you contact us by post, we will collect any information you provide to us in any postal communications you send us in a secured manner.
